We are committed to designing, manufacturing, and assembling products to a high quality.
We stand behind the quality and performance of all our products including materials, mechanical parts, and workmanship, and warrant to the original purchaser that products bearing the reference numbers noted are sold free from defects in materials, mechanical parts, and workmanship
In the unlikely event that a problem should arise as a result of defective materials or workmanship, BA will repair or replace your product under the terms of the BA Warranty Policy. Click on the links below to either register your product, make a claim or view our warranty T's & C's.
All warranty claims are to be submitted on the correct BA Warranty Form and accompanied by the faulty part, proof of purchase, and returned to BA freight paid.
All warranty claims must be made to an authorised BA dealer.
Please note: The warranty applies whilst the original purchaser owns the product and is within the stated warranty period for the relevant product or part (see below).
Warranty periods are:
Warranty does not apply to parts or products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, failing to follow correct operating instructions, or failing to follow correct maintenance procedures and frequency. The warranty excludes freight, travel time, and mileage charges.
Warranty must be registered with the BA website within 30 days of purchase
Maximum liability
The maximum liability accepted by BA under warranty claims is limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty item. The end user assumes all responsibility for the use of the goods. Neither the manufacturer nor any distributor or retailer shall be liable for any loss, damage, or downtime resulting in use. Any advice or recommendation given by a representative of BA is given in good faith and based on the best information available to us but neither we nor our staff, accept liability arising from following that advice.
